Investing in crypto without the fear of getting it wrong

Designing for crypto means designing for fear: a misunderstood transaction cannot be undone.

The challenge

A financial product where mistakes have no undo button

What I did

A regulated digital wallet —now LB Finanzas— to invest in crypto, stocks and dollars from your phone. I designed and validated the transaction flows with functional prototypes, where a mistake has no undo button.

01Context

A financial product where mistakes have no undo button

LetsBit deals in cryptocurrency, in a market where highly expert users coexist with people who have never made a digital transfer. That spread of knowledge inside one product is the real design problem.

02Process

Prototyping before a single line of code

I built functional prototypes to put flows in front of real users before committing engineering time. In a financial product, late validation doesn't just cost sprints: it costs trust.
